The stunning view of Forest House Lodge’s ceremony site was the perfect setting to witness the heartfelt exchanging of vows between Justin and Amy and from Justin to his new son, Brandon. Looking around at the faces of Amy and Justin’s family and friends, there were tears of joy streaming out of everyone’s eyes. It had been a while since I’ve seen such an overwhelming response from all the guests. It was a true bless for Karissa Wright Productions to be a part of Justin and Amy’s wedding day by capturing their wedding video.
On June 9, 2018, Michael and Leanndra became Mr. and Mrs. Garza. This wedding was filled with joy and laughter amongst their family and friends to celebrate two people who respected their personal integrity and values even before their relationship began. At the reception venue, Brookeside Country Club, the testimonies that were shared and told of the newly weds brought honor, admiration and respect from all who were a part of the day Michael and Leanndra have been waiting for for so long.
A big lesson learned at this wedding is the importance of wedding traditions. No matter the length of the video or the smoothness from a cinematic film, the importance of including the wedding traditions of their union in the final highlight film is what mattered most to Ramon and Cindy. From their Catholic ceremony at St. Stanislaus in Modesto to their reception at the Riverbank's Community Center, Cindy and Ramon surrounded themselves with friends and family who love them most to witness and participate in multiple wedding traditions.
Lorenzo and Jaya said their heart felt vows under the pillars of an outdoor gazebo at the Wedgewood Wedding venue in Brentwood, CA. Although the audio of the vows were not used during this short teaser film (Don't worry- they will be sure in the final highlight film!), just by watching the clips as they see each other for the first time down the aisle- it probably already going to make you get all the feels.
When I met Stephanie, it was on a trip to the Dominican Republic for a conference with a nonprofit organization called A Jesus Mission. Stephanie and I sat in a van together discussing the wedding details having not known anything about her prior to that day. She was very sweet and easy to talk to. To be honest, I tried keeping up with the fast-paced conversation but eventually kept silent because I was not able to come up with a well thought out response in the quickness she was able to talk. Definitely a characteristic that stood out and apparently not just to me, but her now-husband as well.
