There are not enough words to describe how much I'm in love with Phil and Marisa's wedding day.
I was contacted by Marisa at the very beginning of this year when she saw her co-worker's wedding video: Bradley and Mallory. After talking with Marisa about everything she had envisioned for her wedding day, I knew she was a perfect match!
One of the things that immediately stood out to me was the way she described her future husband: Phil. Now I didn't know a lot about how they met until the wedding ceremony and toasts, but the way Marisa talked about Phil was admirable. With respect, honor, and respect that she was ecstatic to marry, Marisa talked about how fun, serious and quirky Phil can be.
On the day of the wedding, I was greeted by Marisa with open arms overjoyed to meet each other in person for the first time! We had FaceTime and talked on the phone several times, but here we were about to capture one of the most special days of Phil and Marisa's life. To be honest, Marisa's greeting to me was one of the highlights of my day! But not for Marisa I'm sure!
Getting Ready Gitters
From my experience, I see a lot of brides become very anxious through the getting ready portion up into the ceremony. The focus becomes so much on the groom that everything else just falls away and a lot of what the bride has been preparing for for so long is forgotten or not enjoyed from it's vision to execution. Marisa did not show any signs of anxiousness, but I like to think that it was because she knew that she was going to see her husband to be before the ceremony.
