Pedro and Susan chose to have their wedding day ceremony at University of Pacific's Morris Chapel in Stockton. Words cannot express the preciousness these two people are to me personally and how much joy they bring in reminding me of why I do what I do. Their hearts are outwardly expressed even through the craziness of their wedding day; there was nothing that shook them from showing their love for one another and others around them.
Morris Chapel in Stockton, CA
Stunning is the stain glass windows that this 300 seater chapel is known for but also is a precious gem in the Stockton community. Choosing a venue that has beautiful architecture and history makes decorating the place easy since you barely have to do anything at all!
Susan requested in desiring a photo with the alter's stain glass behind them. Although there is not a spot in this chapel that could leave you not speechless at its grand beauty, I must say that this request made my heart sing!
The Advantage of an Engagement Session
Late winter of 2018, I had the opportunity to photography Pedro and Susan's engagement session (click here to see and read about how they met at a bowling alley!). Looking back, I would say that having that time together prepared them both to be comfortable throughout their entire wedding day!
There are so much chaos and things to think about on your wedding day that the last thing you want to think about is feeling or looking uncomfortable during your portraits. Trusting your photographer to make you look good is essential for your peace of mind. It should be the absolute one thing you don't have to think about on your wedding day.
Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Ledesma! We are forever blessed to have been a part of your special day and preserved your legacy.
